14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, no questions asked. Contact us at info@rarewinder.com to initiate a return. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and undamaged. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the item was not as described.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage caused during return if beyond reasonable inspection.

Not as Described

If you receive a watch that materially differs from its description, contact us immediately at info@rarewinder.com. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
