2. Products & Listings
All watches listed on RareWinder are pre-owned unless explicitly stated as new. We make every effort to accurately describe condition, age, and any known defects. Photos are of the actual item being sold. All measurements and specifications are approximate.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (card) or Montonio (bank transfer, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor). Payment must be completed in full before dispatch.
4. Shipping
We ship across Europe with tracked and insured delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. International customs duties, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@rarewinder.com. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was incorrectly described.
6. Escrow & Marketplace
When purchasing from a third-party seller via our marketplace, RareWinder acts as escrow. Funds are held by RareWinder until the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction. Our fee is 8% of the final sale price, deducted from the seller's payout. RareWinder is not liable for items listed by third-party sellers beyond our escrow protection.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts. EU consumers also retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. For out-of-court dispute resolution, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
